Know what happens before you start.

Do I need a new website or an SEO fix?

Choose a new website when the current site cannot support the business, needs a major redesign, or does not exist. Choose Focused Site Rework + SEO when the site is usable and the priority is clearer pages, stronger search visibility, and a better customer path. If you are unsure, send the link and I will recommend the best starting point.

What do you need from me to make my website?

Start with the idea, business, product, or service you want to put online. Send anything you already have—notes, a logo, photos, a social page, examples you like, or even a rough voice-note version of the idea. If you do not know what to say yet, we can text or hop on a free call and I will help you shape it.

What is SEO?

SEO means making your website easier for search engines to understand and more useful for the people searching. I work on the page structure, search topics, titles, copy, internal links, technical signals, mobile experience, and measurement—then implement the agreed improvements on the site.

Will I own the finished website?

Yes. After final payment, you receive the approved website and access included in the written scope. Your domain, payment processor, and business accounts stay in your name whenever practical. Ongoing care is optional.

Can you manage and update the site for me after handoff?

Yes. Optional month-to-month care starts at $20 CAD and ranges from simple bug help to ongoing updates, SEO improvements, content work, and performance summaries. You keep ownership whether or not you subscribe.

What if I get confused after you give me ownership?

I do not disappear at handoff. I include a launch-support period with every website so I can help you settle in, answer questions, and make sure the transition goes smoothly. If you want me available longer, you can add an optional care plan.

Do you offer other services related to this?

Yes. I also offer website care, one-time digital support, Google Business Profile help, ecommerce work, and custom web applications. You can see every service here, or tell me what is happening and I will point you to the right one.
